The SagePassage Group ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Trip Metrics App (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

While using our App, we may collect certain personally identifiable information required to operate transportation coordination services.

Information collected may include:

• Driver name

• Driving License (DL) number and validity

• Working hours and operational status

• Trip details including trip start location, pickup location, and trip end location

• Device information and application usage data

This information is collected only for operational functionality and service delivery.

Location Services

In our app, we collect location data to provide location-based services, including navigation, location tracking and timestamps.

This data may include both precise and approximate location data and is collected when the app is in use or running in the background.

The location data is used for reporting on the web app and is not stored on the app. You can disable location services at any time through your device setting. Disabling location services will affect the functionality of the app.

Log Data

We collect log data automatically when the App is used. This may include:

• IP address

• Device type and operating system

• App usage statistics

• Crash and error reports

• Access timestamps

Application logs and crash monitoring data are temporarily stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) CloudWatch for troubleshooting and operational analysis.

Data Retention

We retain personal and operational data only for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal or operational obligations.

• Trip-related operational data is archived periodically.

• Geolocation data is deleted within 90 days after trip completion unless required for dispute resolution.

• Driver and user account data are retained only while the account remains active.

• Deleted accounts are anonymized within 30 days and backups are removed within 90 days.

• Application logs and monitoring data are retained for 30 days and automatically deleted thereafter.

User Data Deletion

Authorized administrative users can delete driver or user accounts through the Trip Metrics web portal.

Upon account deletion:

• User and driver data are permanently removed.

• Associated operational records are deleted or anonymized according to retention requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only when necessary for service operation, including:

• Authorized agency administrators

• Assigned drivers for trip execution

• Secure cloud infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Mapping providers such as Google Maps Platform

• Legal authorities when required by law

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 05-08-2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
